Privacy policy

Last updated: 1 June 2026

We care about your privacy. Below we explain what data we collect, for what purpose and what rights you have under GDPR.

1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is the Financial Security Research Institute (the Assiduus brand). For matters concerning personal data you can contact us at kontakt@ibbbf.pl.

2. What data we collect

We process the data you voluntarily provide in the forms (calculator, Family Security File, consultation and contact forms) as well as technical data collected automatically.

  • Contact details: email address and phone number.
  • Data entered in the calculator (e.g. age, income, number of dependents) — solely for the purpose of calculating the financial gap.
  • The content of your message, if you send us one.
  • Technical data: IP address (e.g. for approximate city-level location), browser type, data on how the site is used (analytics).

3. Purposes and legal bases for processing

We process your data on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for the purpose of contact and preparing an analysis, as well as on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) to ensure the security and improve the operation of the service.

4. Data recipients

Data may be transferred to entities that provide us with technical support (e.g. a hosting provider, a CRM system, analytics tools) solely to the extent necessary to fulfil the stated purposes and under appropriate data processing agreements.

5. Retention period

We retain data until consent is withdrawn or the purpose for which it was collected is fulfilled, and then for the period required by law or until the limitation periods for any claims expire.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the following rights:

  • to access your data and obtain a copy of it,
  • to rectify (correct) your data,
  • to erase your data ("the right to be forgotten"),
  • to restrict processing,
  • to data portability,
  • to object to processing,
  • to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal),
  • to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

7. Cookies and analytics

The service may use cookies and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation) to measure traffic and improve content. You can change your cookie settings in your browser.
