Terms of service

These terms set out the rules for using the website and the tools available on it (the financial gap calculator, forms, lead magnet).
1. General provisions
The owner and operator of the service is the Financial Security Research Institute (the Assiduus brand). Using the service means accepting these terms.
2. Nature of the service
The service is informational and educational in nature. The content, including the calculator results and example protection variants, constitutes an educational simulation and is neither an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code nor an investment recommendation.
3. Financial gap calculator
The calculator results are estimates and depend on the data entered by the user. The final terms and premiums of insurance are set individually by insurers based on a full risk assessment (underwriting).
4. Forms and consultations
Leaving your data in a form is voluntary and requires consent to its processing. The free consultation is informational in nature and does not commit you to entering into any contract.
5. Copyright
The content, graphic marks and materials available on the service are protected by law. Copying or using them without the operator's consent is prohibited.
6. Complaints and contact
Any comments and complaints regarding the operation of the service can be submitted to kontakt@ibbbf.pl. We respond within a reasonable time, no longer than 14 days.
This document is a template and, before going into production, should be verified by a legal counsel and adapted to the controller's actual operations.
